Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer (Part-Time) at Amazing Lash Studio – In-Studio Office
Amazing Lash Studio is looking for a dependable, energetic Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer to support multiple studio locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to people, and is comfortable being back-to-back with calls and texts.
As a Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle inbound calls, make outbound lead calls, send follow-up texts, confirm appointments, and support guest communication across multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations.
Answer incoming calls for multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations
Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up on inquiries
Send follow-up text messages, confirmations, and reminders
Assist with appointment confirmations and basic guest questions
Accurately document guest interactions in our systems
Maintain a professional, friendly, and upbeat phone presence
Manage a high volume of back-to-back calls and text conversations
Part-Time | In-Studio Office Position
Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.
$15.15 per hour
Strong phone communication and texting skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-up
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work weekends and evening hours
Consistent part-time schedule
In-studio office environment (not remote)
