CALL CENTER OPERATOR
Shift Hours: 7a-3:30pm
FULL TIME 40 HRS/WEEK
ON SITE - Geneva, NY
Under the supervision of the Director of Security, operates a Meridian I Telephone System console, performs duties for a 24-hour answering service, paging system, and emergency response center. Carries out general clerical duties. Provides exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Greets customers consistent with Healing Environment standards.
EDUCATION:
Minimum:
• High School Education
Preferred:
• Business or Office assistant degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
• Experience as a switchboard operator

• Requires a sensitive and reassuring approach to patients.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner, handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to perform multiple functions during stressful/busy periods in a calm and professional manner.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
