Job Description

  • This is a home improvement company serving homeowners across Central Florida

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $50K-$60K base + bonus
  • Benefits stipend
  • PTO

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and motivate the company’s call center team across multiple territories
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, and train call center personnel
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven call center leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • The ability to manage underperformance and implement coaching/training plans
