We are excited to host a Call Center Interview Day for opportunities at our Rensselaer location. We are seeking candidates with strong clerical, customer service, and communication skills who are interested in supporting patient access services.

As a Call Center Representative, you will support patients by scheduling appointments, handling registration, and coordinating follow-up care. This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Training on internal computers systems will be provided.
