Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, or company procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly approach.
• Maintain records of conversations and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on unresolved queries.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil
  will be a strong advantage.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
