About the Role

Our client is looking for a Call Center Executive with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be professional, empathetic, and capable of handling client inquiries with confidence and care.

The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the hospital team. The prospective employee must be able to work under pressure, handle emergency situations professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this position, you need to communicate effectively with pet owners and provide prompt, accurate, and compassionate assistance. Preferred candidates are organized, attentive, emotionally intelligent, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
  • Greeting customers and helping them with the registration process.
  • Providing information about our services, operating hours, and procedures.
  • Scheduling appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
  • Confirming appointments and reminding clients of upcoming visits.
  • Maintaining and updating patient/client records.
  • Following up with clients regarding reports, treatment plans, and other service-related matters.
  • Taking accurate notes as a record for other staff to use.
  • Assisting with online inquiries received through social media, messaging platforms, or email when required.
  • Educating attendants or owners of pets about their pet wellness.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Keeping doctors', patients', and other staff members' information confidential.

 Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Business and Marketing background is preferred.
  • fresher/1 year of work experience in a medical facility of any kind or customer care service will get preference.
  • Must have basic knowledge of animal care.
  • Ability to work in an adverse environment, exposed to unpleasant sights, odors, and animal bites.
  • Has excellent customer service skills and consistently acts professionally.
  • High-level organizational skills. Ability to do multiple things at once and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 18,000 - 22,000
  • Benefits: Co-contribution Provident fund on basic salary 5% + monthly Attendance & Performance bonus + Insurance + Two Festival Bonuses.
  • Work Week: Rotation Basis, 8 am - 5 pm/10 am -7 pm/1 pm -10 pm. (Weekend will be any day except Friday/Saturday)
