About the Company

Our client is the sole agent and distributor for LOréal and Matrix Professional products in Sri Lanka. The company is committed to delivering authentic, high-quality professional beauty products while supporting salons nationwide through reliable distribution and industry expertise.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Call Center Executive to support day-to-day customer communication and order coordination. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from salon clients and customers

• Provide information on products, availability, and order updates

• Record and process customer orders accurately

• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely service

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Follow up with customers and address basic concerns

• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: GCE O/L or A/L

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)

• Strong customer service attitude and a pleasant telephone manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
