Five Star Home Services is seeking experienced customer services reps to join our team in our Xenia location. Previous Applicants and Candidates who have experience in the Home Services industry and with Service Titan are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is an in-office position.

Starting Pay: $17.25 + Spiffs + Benefits(based on experience; 1+ year call center experience required)
Shift Availability: Evening and weekend shifts currently available — but all applicants are encouraged to apply.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Five Star Home Services. You’ll be responsible for booking service appointments, supporting sales staff, and delivering the award-winning customer service our company is known for.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat, providing information and support.

• Book and manage appointments using Service Titan (experience strongly preferred).

• Deliver call scripts with authenticity, clarity, and professionalism.

• Take ownership of customer needs, ensuring resolution while promoting the Five Star brand.

• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Participate in training to maximize booking and sales support.

• Update and maintain accurate customer records.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support both customers and sales staff.
