Duties (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE):
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding watersports activities and services.
Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, availability, and policies.
Assist customers with making reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details to customers.
Record and update customer information in the company’s database.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and confirm reservations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
Stay informed about company promotions, events, and special offers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
