Position: Call Center Agent French Speaker

Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent French Speaker, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in French, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. You will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in French, providing prompt and professional assistance to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
- Utilize company resources to effectively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the call center.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French (verbal and written) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position located in 6th of October City, Egypt. The working hours are 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime. The salary and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
