Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide accurate information, assist with questions and concerns, and help ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with others, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general account or service information.
• Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately within company systems.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.
• Escalate complex situations to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve department goals.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
