In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer needs.

    Qualification

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
