We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Agent to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.

Responsibilities

  Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• 
  Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• 
  Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• 
  Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• 
  Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.

  Work toward individual and team sales performance goals.
• 
  Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• 
  Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent required.

  Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.

  Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
