You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

  Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Document all call information and customer interactions accurately in the database
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
