We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Call Center team.
Schedule:
Full-time, 80 hours per pay period (two weeks)
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for call center staff
- Route calls efficiently to the appropriate RN or department
- Maintain accurate call center records for all physicians practicing at Lincoln Surgical Hospital
- Verify and update patient demographic information
- Communicate effectively with physician offices to obtain required documentation
- Coordinate with the OR Scheduling department regarding cancellations and patient discharges
- Provide general administrative support, including copying, faxing, filing, and ordering supplies

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
