Requirements

Job requirements:

  Have minimum 02 years of experience in an equivalent position in the Customer Care, Call Center or related field
• 
  Work in night shifts
• 
  Fluent in English (4 skills)
• 
  Be creative, progressive, constantly learning
• 
  Be able to work at a fast pace and under high pressure
• 
  Have ability to listen effectively to identify core problems and resolve them
• 
  Have good communication skills
