Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing factory equipment, machinery, and utility systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a three (3)-year technical course or with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a related position.
- Must have completed technical training or seminars on equipment calibration.
- Knowledgeable in calibration procedures for inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting industrial motor control systems.
- Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and applications.
- Willing to work on a rotational shifting schedule and render overtime when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify all inspection, measuring, and testing equipment that require calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability at all times.
- Perform calibration and adjustment of equipment according to the established schedule and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns or malfunctions in accordance with required specifications and troubleshooting procedures outlined in the Equipment Operations Manual.
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance activities on machines based on the approved preventive maintenance schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with concerned departments regarding equipment issues and recommend necessary corrective actions.
