Oversee operations of the Cage Department and safeguard Casino monetary assets.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems, and customer relations.

Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma required.
Experience – 2 years cash handling; inventory experience preferred; supervisory experience desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
Proven ability to work accurately with numbers and with handling cash.
Demonstrated ability to train and counsel employees.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
