JobResponsiblefortheefficientoperation,onanassignedshift,oftheCageDepartmentin accordance with Odawa Casino Resort’s established policies, procedures andcontrols.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• May perform ‘Supervisory’ functions, including: maintaining proper staffing levels within the Cage, based on business needs, by reducing staff or callingstaff; delegates staff assignments; provides for the fair and equitable treatment of Team Members while maintaining a positive workenvironment; supervise, train, schedule and counsel Cage Team Members with regard to dailyoperations
• Oversees Cage Cashier duties, assisting them as needed with completingtasks
• Assists in ensuring Team Members are properly trained in Title 31 and other necessary complianceareas
• Responsible for balancing opening and closing Cage accountability and submitting same, with supporting documentation to RevenueAudit
• Maintains and safeguards funds within theCage/Vault
• Monitors and recommends increases to vault cashlevels
• Processes outgoing deposits and incoming deliveries ofcash
• Maintains proper levels of money in patron kiosks, performing drops and adding cash asneeded
• Provides test monies to Slot and Count TeamMembers
• Verifies revenue from outlets and Countteams
• Provides banks and operating funds tooutlets
• Processes Slot Department banks andjackpots
• Processes Table Games fill and/or creditrequests
• Completes exchanges with cashiers to maintain drawerimpresses
• Adheres to all appropriate Tribal, federal, state and local laws and Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) regulations, asapplicable
• Adheres to Cage policy andprocedures
• Greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, openmanner.
• Conducts oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members.
• Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
• Attends all meetings as required
• Completes all required training satisfactorily
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times
• May work at other properties
• Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of theposition

System Access: Check Cashing Systems, Slot Accounting System, MS Office Suite, Kiosk System and Key Control System

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of cash-handlingexperience.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have proficient computer experience to operate the key systems above as well as operate a ten-key calculator by touch, with a high degree of accuracy andspeed.
• Position requires the substantial use of hands, fingers andwrists, and must be able to stand for extended periods oftime
• Must be flexible with shifts and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and special events, etc., as needed.
• Position requires exposure to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke filledenvironment.
• You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications of theposition.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming RegulatoryCommission, and be able to serve in the position under any other applicable law
