Reporting to the Cashier Cage Manager, the Cage Cashier Dual Rate serves as a dynamic and energetic leader while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication. This role directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards company assets and ensures compliance with all regulatory and internal control standards.
Manages and directs the day‑to‑day operations of the cage and team members.
Communicates performance expectations to cage cashiers and bankers.
Assists the Cashier Manager in daily duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence.
Works specialty banks or front line as needed.
Assists with scheduling for casino cashiering and banking teams.
Investigates equipment or facility failures.
Investigates and resolves guest complaints.
Monitors cashiering activities across front line, specialty banks, main bank, and redemption areas.
Maintains strict confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, company policies, marketing plans, and team member information.
Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Ensures compliance with internal controls and SOPs in all transactions and activities.
Produces and delivers reports in a timely manner.
Participates in interviewing, selecting, training, and disciplining team members.
Performs other duties as assigned
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment.
Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.

Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a Key Gaming License.
Hourly Rate: $23.00 per hour
