Cage Cashiers are responsible for the redemption and sale of coins, and chips to customers to create a pleasant gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Having complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities and facilities available to guests. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.
Responsible for processing guest transactions, accurately managing financial transactions including handling cash, and answering guests questions in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
Assuring that you are delivering guests with extraordinary experience
Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed.
Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be 19 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficient in English verbal and written
Proficient with iOS devices
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, demanding environment under frequent time pressures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
Must be proficient working with computers and Microsoft office
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
