Job Responsibilities

Able to perform Front Window, Team Member Bank and/or Fill Bank functions, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Being responsible for an impress inventory of cash float
• Perform various financial transactions, in support of the Casino Table Games Operations, Slot Operations and the casino Guests playing in these areas, including:
1. Cash-in/ Cash-Out gaming chips
2. Perform foreign currency exchange
3. Redeem Slot Machine payout tickets/TITO/ vouchers for cash/cash equivalent
4. Perform patron account transactions (safe keeping/front money deposits & refunds)
5. Check cashing, check/marker redemptions and consolidations
6. Perform credit card and EFTPOS cash advances
7. Perform Rolling Chip Exchanges
8. Other cashier tasks as required
• At completion of the shift, balance float and bring it back to the impress amount
• Conduct Team Member Bank functions accurately
• Preparation of table fills/ receiving table credits
• Handling chip transfers between front window, fill banks. main banks.
• Balance the inventory of Chip Bank to the casino computer system, account for all chip movements in and out of the Chip Bank
• Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets
• Provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all internal and external customers.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of the Company's corporate values.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
• Secondary education preferred

Experience
• No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites
• Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred
• Able to operate electronic cashier equipment (e.g. note counters, counterfeit detectors)
• Possess a flair for numericals and excellent service and communication skills
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays
