Food & Beverage Supervisor
Holiday Inn | £15.50 per hour | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisorto join our team in the Ashford area. You’ll help lead the F&B team, deliver excellent guest service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team
Deliver high standards of food, beverage and customer service
Support staff training and development
Manage busy service periods and resolve guest queries
Assist with stock control and ordering
Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards
About You:
Previous hospitality/F&B experience
Supervisory experience desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident leading a team
Able to work well under pressure
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
