Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hard-working Cafe Staff member to join our Shore360 cafe team. In this role, you will be the gears that keep our daily food service running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will focus on handling cash transactions accurately, maintaining a spotless kitchen environment by washing dishes, organizing inventory, and serving our team members with a friendly smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Cashiering: Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments (cash and digital), and provide accurate change while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Dishwashing & Cleanliness: Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dining and counter areas clean and presentable.
• Stock Organization: Receive, organize, and restock food ingredients, beverages, and canteen supplies. Ensure inventory is stored according to food safety standards.
• Food Serving: Assist in plating, packaging, and serving hot and cold meals to employees during peak service hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier, barista, or service crew in a food establishment is a plus, but fresh graduates and beginners are welcome to apply!
• Basic math skills for quick and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• A team-player attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
