Der Mitarbeiter im Rock Shop (RSA) ist der erfahrene Begleiter während der Einkaufstour der Gäste. Hard Rock Merchandise ist ein einzigartiger Teil unserer Firma, der eine besondere Person als Verkäufer braucht. Als ein RSA bist Du der Reiseleiter, Entertainer, Entscheidungshelfer, Memorabilia Experte und Musiker (zumindest im Herzen).

Grundaufgaben eines Hard Rock Café RSA beinhalten:

  • Begrüßen der Gäste

  • Beantworten von Fragen – korrekt and höflich

  • Beantworten von Telefonanrufen

  • Ausführen von Verkaufstransaktionen,unter Benutzung des eletronische Kassensystems

  • Gewissenhafter Umgang mit Bargeld und anderen Zahlungsarten

  • Korrekter Umgang mit Kassenbeständen

  • Auskunft an Gäste über die verschiedenen Bereiche des Restaurants

  • Nachweis einwandfreier Kenntnis aller Produkte

  • Führen von aktiven Verkaufsgesprächen um auf Wünschen und Bedürfnisse der Gäste einzugehen und Ihnen die Hard Rock Produkte näher zu bringen

  • Suggestive selling – nutzen von bewährten Techniken ^

  • Aufrechterhalten eines sauberen und organisierten Shop Bereiches

  • Sicherstellen das ausreichend Waren im Shop vorhanden sind (Aufstocken der Lager und Inventuren)

  • Ausstellen von HRC Ware – durch HRC Schaufenster und Ausstattungs Richtlinien

  • Auf- und Abbau des Arbeitsplatzes, Zusatzaufgaben – Säubern von Scheiben, Polieren von Metall, Fegen und Staubsaugen des Bodens, Falten von Kleidung, etc.

  • Sicherstellen der Zufriedenheit aller Gäste

  • Kreation von unvergesslichen Hard Rock Café Erlebnissen

  • Betreuen von Gästen nach Hard Rock Motto

Vorraussetzungen beinhalten:

  • Durchführen von Aufgaben die das Bücken, Beugen, Heben und Stehen für lange Zeiträume erfordern

  • Gepflegtes Äusseres

  • Einhalten von Uniform Richtlinien

  • Ausführen von Sicherheits- und Hygienestadarts

  • Abfall Rycycling, wo auch immer möglich

  • Ruhiges Verhalten und behalten der Übersicht in einer hektischen Umgebung

  • Ein hohes Maß and Organisation, Liebe zum Detail und Dringlichkeitsgefühl

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the ultimate guide through the guests’ shopping experience. Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. As an RSA, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).

Basic functions of the Retail Sales Associate include:

  • Greeting guests
  • Answering questions - accurately and politely
  • Answering the phone
  • Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system
  • Handling cash and other forms of payment
  • Maintaining proper cash drawer balances
  • Directing guests to areas/restrooms
  • Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
  • Determining guests’ needs - by actively engaging them in 1-on-1 conversations and informing guests of product features & benefits
  • Suggestive selling - using proven techniques (i.e., related items, higher-quality items, transitional phrases)
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Maintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls & inventories
  • Displaying Retail product – through HRC’s visual display standards
  • Performing opening, closing & side duties – cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping & vacuuming the floor, folding product, etc
  • Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
  • Creating memorable experiences
  • Entertaining guests to create “Raving Fans”

Job Requirements include:

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Performing duties which require bending & reaching
  • Lifting up to 30-pound boxes to receive/move product
  • Standing, for up to 8+ hours
  • Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (“having a plan”)
  • Following all uniform guidelines
  • Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
  • Recycling products, where possible
  • Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
  • Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
  • Maintaining HRC’s 7 core Values and Mission Statement
