Job Title: Cafe Prep Cook
Reports To: Culinary Manager
Location: Reno, Nevada
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Compensation: $24.50

The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting other level Cooks and Chef by accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Grab ‘N Go, Dinner and occasional Special/Catered Events.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workstation and area which will include: some dishwashing, deep cleaning, and general equipment maintenance. High standards of cleanliness and sanitation must be kept, and a Food Handler’s card can be obtained with Patagonia’s help. This role requires some flexibility of hours but requires daily punctuality and attendance.
Prep-Cook will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor daily.
