
Cafe General Manager
Lead the Woodstock Café team at Bread Alone, a beloved Hudson Valley bakery and café brand in The Most Famous Small Town in America.
At Bread Alone, our cafés are busy, welcoming spaces where quality, hospitality, and community connection come together. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the Woodstock Café, support a strong team culture, and keep daily operations running safely, consistently, and successfully.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The General Manager works alongside the team during busy periods, supports supervisors and café professionals, maintains strong service flow, and helps create a clean, organized, and inviting café experience for every guest.
The Woodstock Café also includes an important guest-facing property experience, including front and back patio outdoor seating, guest flow, property presentation, and future property development in partnership with Hospitality leadership.
Salary: $72,000–$92,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Woodstock, NY
