The Café Cook and Attendant will be an integral member of the Blair Visitor Center experience. The responsibility of this role is to combine basic food service with customer service. Tasks include food preparation, café set-up, order preparation and completion, ringing up sales, liaising with customers, and daily café clean-up and organization. The Café Cook and Attendant will be provided with on-the-job training and can demonstrate and develop their skills in the Blair Visitor Center, while surrounded by nature in Naples, Florida.
This is a full-time, seasonal position, working up to 40 hours per week, from December 2026 through April 2027.
This position is classified as on-site based at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary in Naples, Florida.
