
We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista, who is enthusiastic about quality food and drink and great customer service to join one of our Tesco Café teams. Whether it’s a quick pit-stop after the weekly shop or a long overdue catch-up with a friend, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy delicious coffee, tea and seasonal drinks that make every day a little better.
You’ll bring your skill as a Barista (or as someone who’s worked in hospitality) to the team and share your knowledge and expertise with those around you. At Tesco, no one tries harder for customers than we do. So, you’ll ensure you’re familiar with all of our menu offerings and any new initiatives, regularly review stock levels, and serve our customers quickly and efficiently, taking into account any particular requirements.
At Tesco Café, we’re committed to providing opportunities for everyone to be at their best. With your experience, you’ll take ownership of team barista development and work closely with the Café Manager to support those looking to develop their skills Plus, you’ll use our Click and Learn portal and other café resources to complete specific learning modules to enhance your own knowledge.
