TotalFusion Platinum Newstead is Australia’s most premium health and wellness precinct, combining world-class training, recovery, spa, allied health and hospitality under one roof.

We are expanding our hospitality team and are seeking four experienced Café / Bar Attendants to support our growing member base and weekend trade.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes pride in delivering polished, consistent service.

Availability Requirements:

To be considered, you must have:

• Weekday availability across midday to evening shifts

• Full weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)

• Flexibility to work across peak periods and events

If your availability does not align with the above, this role will not be the right fit.

About the Role:

You will be part of our Café & Bar team, delivering premium service to members and guests across the facility. This includes:

• Providing warm, professional and efficient customer service

• Preparing coffee, beverages, smoothies and light food items

• Operating POS systems and handling transactions accurately

• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards

• Supporting bar service during peak trade and events

• Working collaboratively with reception, wellness and operations teams

This is a hands-on service role — attention to detail, pace and professionalism matter.

About You:

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a café, bar or hospitality environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working in a busy, high-expectation setting

• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

• A genuine interest in health, wellness or premium hospitality environments

RSA is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
