Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence – Greet every customer warmly, assist with product selection, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on everyday essentials, specialty goods, and seasonal items.

• Merchandising & Display – Organize shelves, racks, and displays to ensure products are attractively presented, well-stocked, and easy to find. Rotate stock to maintain freshness and highlight promotions.

• Inventory Management – Receive, unpack, and check deliveries against invoices; track stock levels; and report shortages or overstock to the store manager.

• Point-of-Sale Operations – Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the cash register or POS system, handling cash and card transactions securely.

Qualifications

• Experience:

• 1–2 years of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.

• Attention to detail and commitment to store cleanliness and organization.
