Café Attendant

Salary: $16.19 - $17.24

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you have a love for all things caffeine? Join us as a Café Attendant at North Star Café where you will provide excellent customer service and delicious treats to our valued customers. As a Café Attendant, you will handle various food service tasks including serving food and beverages, operating the cash register for customer transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY - North Star Café

Schedule: Relief/Substitute; the number of hours will vary depending on business needs and there is flexibility in schedule to meet agency needs

Responsibilities

• Assists with general operations of North Star Cafe.
• Perform routine food service activities related to serving food and beverages; perform cashiering duties in the sale of food and drink items to customers; maintain cleanliness of café facilities.
• Prepare facilities for the serving of food and beverage; stock necessary supplies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years' old
• High school diploma preferred or an equivalent amount of education/experience required
• Some food service experience preferred
