About the Role

As our Refuel Manager, you'll take full ownership of our café, rooftop bar, and events operations. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role - you'll be on the floor, working alongside your team and leading from the front. Your creativity, customer focus, and passion for health-conscious hospitality will shape the full food and beverage experience for our members, from the morning coffee rush to rooftop sunset sessions and private events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service across the café, rooftop bar, and events
• Manage all ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Oversee rostering across front-of-house and kitchen to ensure appropriate coverage across all shifts
• Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment in line with WHS requirements
• Plan and execute member events and activations across café and rooftop spaces
• Deliver a consistent, premium food and beverage offering aligned with our wellness values
• Collaborate with club leadership to continuously elevate the member experience
• Drive sales and champion menu innovation

About You

• Proven experience in café, bar, or hospitality management with a strong customer service focus
• Confident with rostering, ordering, and the operational side of running a multi-venue space
• Solid understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and quality food and beverage
• Experience with specialty coffee and a genuine love for the craft
• High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Available for early morning starts, evenings, and weekend shifts as required
