As a Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for running the café’s daily operations, making high-quality espresso coffee, ensuring food and beverage stock is attractively displayed, and maintaining a clean and organised café space. You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patrons, from coffee lovers to event guests.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute across the broader hospitality operation, including bar shifts, event delivery and catering, supporting the team to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences across the Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, particularly within a café, catering or events environment, and proven expertise in espresso coffee-making, ensuring consistent high-quality service. Experience in food preparation for café service, catering and events, including preparing, plating and presenting food to a high standard, is highly desirable.

Safe Food Handling certification is essential, along with a demonstrated understanding of food safety and hygienic food preparation practices.
