We're looking for an energetic and friendly Cafe Operator to help us deliver exceptional experiences every day.
What you will do:
-Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, help with menu choices, and create a welcoming vibe
-Coffee & Food Prep: Craft amazing coffee and delicious food with care and precision
-Cash Handling: Manage orders and payments with accuracy, keeping things running smoothly
-Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing, maintain cleanliness, and ensure everything is ready to go
-Stock Management: Keep track of supplies and make sure we’re always stocked up with everything we need
-Health & Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
What we are looking for:
-Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus!
-Passion for great coffee and fresh food
-Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
-Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Team player who can also take initiative and work independently
-Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
