This role plays an important part in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring café standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld The ideal candidate is dependable, team‑oriented, and flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to work varied schedules in support of Goodwill's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
• Support day‑to‑day café operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with customer service duties as needed to support efficient café operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain positive customer experiences.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
