Salary Range: $23.10 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities.  Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide a variety of case management, skills training, support services for persons with development disabilities, severe and persistent mental illness, and chemical dependency.
- Connect clients with community resources including but not limited to housing, food stamps, insurance, and social security.
- Advocate for benefits on behalf of client.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
- Understand alcohol and drug assessment, treatment and service terminology and apply these concepts.
- Identify, implement, and coordinate the services/supports identified in an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for alcohol and/or drug clients.

Qualifications     Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field
- Two-years’ job related experience
- OR a combination of education and experience with individuals with severe or persistent mental illness, or alcohol and drug dependency
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- CADC I or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of background check, to icnlude CJIS background clearance
- Proof of covid vaccine, or religious or medical exception
Preferred:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish language
- CGAC certifiction
