Your Role, Your Impact

• Develop scalable CAD and BIM models to support large rail projects and ensure future-proof designs.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, integrating engineering, architecture, and operations for seamless project delivery.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy in all design outputs, maintaining compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Drive innovation by implementing the latest digital tools and methodologies in design processes.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CAD/BIM design, preferably within rail or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software; strong understanding of digital modeling and data management.
• Expertise in design principles, project coordination, and technical documentation relevant to rail systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead small teams and manage project deliverables.
