You're an experienced CAD Technician who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings and enjoys working as part of a collaborative design team. We're looking for a CAD Technician to join Ground Control's Professional Services team. You'll support our Landscape Architects, Arboriculturists and EV Infrastructure teams, producing detailed design packages that help deliver landscape and environmental projects, alongside the growing rollout of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the UK.
This is more than a drawing production role. You'll help develop and improve CAD standards across the business, support project delivery from concept through to construction, and play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our technical outputs.
From landscape projects that improve environments to EV charging infrastructure that supports the transition to a greener future, you'll contribute to projects with a lasting impact on communities and the environment.
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing company-wide AutoCAD standards and protocols, helping to drive consistency and best practice across our design teams.
You'll work alongside Landscape Architects, Arboriculturists, EV specialists and external consultants, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects and technical disciplines.
Accuracy, quality and attention to detail are at the heart of this role. You'll be trusted to produce and review technical drawings that support successful project delivery.
