The CAD/PLM Support Specialist will support users, configure and maintain Autodesk and PLM platforms, and contribute to the implementation of CAD-related solutions. The role combines application support, configuration, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities within the Engineering Applications team.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for CAD and PLM applications.
• Configure and maintain CAD and Autodesk Vault environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in CAD/PLM implementation and improvement projects.
• Support testing and validation of new releases, enhancements, and system changes.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, IT, and external partners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working with CAD and PLM/PDM solutions from a key-user, administrator, or support perspective.
• Understanding of PLM/PDM processes in R&D and engineering environments.
• Experience supporting or configuring engineering applications.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage assigned tasks.
• Basic IT Knowledge

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing PLM/PDM or engineering software solutions.
• Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations in engineering environments.
• Understanding of mCAD-ERP integrations
• Experience with BIM / Autdodesk Construction cloud
• Experience with software testing, validation, and release management.
• Knowledge of engineering change management and BOM processes.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, APIs, or integration topics.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.

Education

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
