Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)

Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

The CAD Operator cum Document Controller will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical drawings, updating project documentation, and ensuring accurate record management for all engineering and design documents. The role requires close coordination with project engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure the timely delivery of drawings and document control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements and engineering specifications.
• Maintain and update all technical documents, drawings, and records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
• Control and distribute project documentation according to the companys document control procedures.
• Ensure document accuracy, quality, and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in retrieving and submitting drawings and documentation.
• Maintain proper file naming conventions and version control for all CAD and project files.
• Coordinate with engineers and managers for document status tracking and updates.
• Perform other administrative and technical support tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting and document control, preferably in oil & gas or engineering projects.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with document control systems and procedures.

  • Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Age: Below 40 years.
