knowledge on CATIA design platforms, Part design, Generative shape
design, Assembly design, Sheet metal & Data integration between
CATIA to Team Center, clash clearance risk analysis;
Good
understanding on ergonomics requirements, hand clearance, assembly
clearance, Hand reachability, visibility study, serviceability etc.,
Able to make master sections in CATIA;
Deep
understanding on vehicle assembly sequence. Able to define EE
components assembly process, co-ordination with general assembly,
proto team & vehicle architecture team;
Good
knowledge about material selection, design for thermal dissipation,
water sealing study, structure design bellows contract/elongation
simulation calculation, DFA & DFM parameters;
Should
have extensive knowledge on sheet metal design, plastic design
considering material selection, tooling feasibility, DFA & DFM
parameters, Should understand strength, stiffness, NVH analysis in
CAE work flow.
Good
knowledge on vehicle systems, heat transfer, vibration transfer and
other vehicle system kinematics to derive EE components protections
for different vehicle zones & risk involved,
Expertise
knowledge on DFMEA, past lesson learnt in EE component integration
Good
program management skills
1. Bachelor or Master degree
on Mechanical Engineering/Electrical engineering or Automobile
engineering or related major.

Min 5 years Hands on experience on
CATIA
V5, TEAM CENTER
