What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to join our engineering team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), handle complex technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting product development, testing phases, and ensuring adherence to design, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAD tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis related to design, modeling, and system integration challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to support ALPHA and BETA testing phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CAD workflows, support processes, and system performance.
  • Manage and resolve technical escalations, providing advanced-level support and guidance.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Ensure all designs and activities comply with cybersecurity, quality, and safety standards
  • Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide expert recommendations to enhance product quality and reliability.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in CAD engineering or related technical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex engineering/design issues
  • Experience working in product development environments, including testing phases (Alpha/Beta).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, safety standards, and compliance requirements in engineering systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
