Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Functions under the oversight and supervision of a Senior Engineer/Project Lead
  • Production of architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical contract drawings and specifications for multiple projects using AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Use the internet or reference documents to determine site specific jurisdictional requirements
  • Ensure that drawings are checked, approved, and filed in accordance with company quality system
  • Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback from engineers, ensuring they meet functionality, performance, and aesthetic goals
  • Maintain organized records of design revisions, technical specifications, and project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Technical college Diploma or B. Tech
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit within the consulting industry
  • Experience in the Wireless Telecom or Building Structural industry is an asset
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2024 - 2025, Revit, Civil 3D (optional)
  • Well-versed with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in CAD and Revit along with modern design methodologies to continuously improve design processes.
  • Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical disciplines and capability of coordinating drawing production for these disciplines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Proficiency in Spoken and Written English language
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to be detailed oriented, function in a multi-task environment, follow complex instructions, and meet fast paced deadlines
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to work overtime as required to meet client deadlines
