Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.90 Hourly
Job Shift: VariedWe are now hiring Dishwashers at Cedars at Dungeness! Stay busy, keep things clean, and be part of a solid kitchen crew. Apply today! Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition and keeping workstation clean.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Separate and pre-wash dirty dishes, glass, and flatware delivered on bus trays and/or bus tubs
- Operate dishwashing equipment, proper use of chemicals and safety procedures
- Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
- Transport and store cleaned dishware, flatware and glassware properly and carefully
- Store and organize clean pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Clean and organize workstation to ensure that proper sanitation standards are maintained
- Ensure clean dishware, flatware and glassware are fully stocked at all times cook and server staff
- Remove trash from all food and beverage areas and transport to appropriate waste containers outside building
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations
- Follow all general and department policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience necessary
- Knowledge of basic dish machine operations preferred
- Able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members
- Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
