The Laundry Operations Manager oversees all laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and efficiency for all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry services. This role leads the laundry team, manages daily operations, and coordinates with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry items. The Laundry Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing productivity, managing inventory and equipment, and supporting team development while ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment that enhances the overall guest and employee experience.

· Previous experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel or resort environment, with a strong understanding of luxury cleanliness and presentation standards
· Proven experience overseeing housekeeping functions, including room inspections, turnover, and public area maintenance
· Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical use (WHMIS), and health and safety standards
· Experience managing inventory, linen programs, and housekeeping supply controls
· Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision, training, and performance management
· Ability to coordinate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and issue resolution
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
