Job Title: Cabling Gang - Sub Contractor
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cabling Gang - Sub Contractor to join our team on contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cabling technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cabling technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with industry regulations.
- Plan and coordinate cabling projects, including scheduling, materials procurement, and team assignments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during cabling installations or maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cabling installation and maintenance as subcontractor.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cabling systems, including fiber optic and copper cabling.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
