We’re looking for a skilled Cable Jointer / Electrical Fitter to join a well-established electricity infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work across both underground cables and substation electrical work, gaining variety and hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

About the role
You’ll be involved in:
Installing, jointing, and terminating low and high voltage underground cables
Electrical fitting and maintenance in substations and network assets
Fault finding and repairs across the network
Supporting new installations, upgrades, and projects
Collaborating with field crews and project teams
Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Cable Jointer, Electrical Fitter, or both
Relevant electrical trade qualification
Experience in electricity distribution networks
Current EWRB registration and practising licence (or working towards it)
Commitment to health, safety, and quality workmanship
Full Class 1 driver licence
