• Problem Solving There's variety in work, for the right person this can be a plus, but working with both pre-existing cabinetry and new remodel projects requires near daily problem solving.
• Paid Training and Development: We will provide continuous design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.
• Compensation Depends on experience, but general range is $25-35/hr with overtime available for 40+ hr/week or for overtime.

• Support KTU's core services, including cabinet installation, refacing, redooring, cabinet painting, and the original Tune-Up. We do not expect all employees to support all services, or have initial experience in these, but continuous learning is part of our culture.
• Pragmatic troubleshooting. Be able to troubleshoot through issues and unknowns semi-independently while communicating with the broader team, and keep a level head while doing so.
• Maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with customers.
• Communicate with the team regarding progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently, but without cutting corners.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Some trim carpentry or cabinet installation experience is preferred.
• For more junior candidates, please ensure familarity with standard tools of the trade, including sanders, routers, and table saws.
• Ability to work safely while protecting each customer's home.
