The Cabinet Installer will be responsible for installing Tharp products according to approved layouts and to customer expectation. This person is essential in maintaining rapport with customers by identifying problems and providing solutions and maintaining customer confidence. The person in this position is integral in satisfying customer expectations and routinely represents the company with end users.

Licenses Needed Colorado Driver’s license and a driving record that meets Tharp’s Requirements
Equipment Service truck, hand tools, power tools
Physical Activities and Safety 40% standing,40% walking, 20 % sitting - Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs. Must strictly adhere to company safety policy, including wearing safety glasses, gloves and a back brace where required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Education or Formal Training High School diploma preferred but not required
Experience Minimum of 2 years of trim carpentry/cabinet installation/woodworking experience.
